A zero-waste milk initiative by Café 365, Coffee Machine Technologies, and City of Yarra — removing single-use plastic from the milk supply chain, powered by MILK. and The Udder Way.

The City of Yarra council is backing Café 365 as part of its commitment to reduce single-use packaging across the precinct. Every keg poured here is a step toward a cleaner neighbourhood.

Pasture-fed Jerseys and Holsteins. Milked at dawn. Kegged that morning. Delivered by the same hands that pulled it from the herd. Nothing in between.
Once a simple milk keg in a Wisconsin dairy farm, Cowabunga Creamer now tells tales of his wild days as a prop in a Hollywood blockbuster, where he held a starring role as ‘Lactose Terminator’.
From sun up to sun down, The Milky Way Gusher wistfully dreams of a life beyond the dairy farm, imagining a world where he’s not being milked for all he’s worth, but rather being filled with root beer.

That's a wall of plastic you'll never see — and every coffee served here helped build it.
That's 3,331 kg of CO2 kept out of the atmosphere, and 11,104 litres of fresh milk delivered without a single piece of plastic packaging.

Scan to meet the kegs behind your coffee — powered by The Udder Way's live digital keg tracking system.
